Ingredients:
- 5 very ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 100g of flour
- 100g of oeat flakes
- 4 tsp of Tranquilo Matcha
- 5g of baking powder
- half a glass of oat milk
- brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts... to taste
Steps:
1. Mash 4 bananas in a bowl, leaving 1 for the final decoration
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix them together
3. Adjust the amounts of flour and oats to achieve a consistent mixture
4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake it for 40 minutes
