At Tranquilo we have a bamboo whisk (or Chasen) to dissolve every last bit of matcha tea powder.

We know it's tiring to order matcha latte and find lumps... so prepare it better at home.

Hold the whisk firmly and move it vigorously in a zig-zag pattern for 20 seconds, et voilà.

How to care for it

Before use, soak the Chasen in warm water to open the tips and prevent them from breaking.

After each use, it is advisable to rinse it with clean water, avoiding the use of detergent, and then dry it with a clean, dry cloth.
