At Tranquilo we have a bamboo spoon/measurer (or Chashaku) so you don't hesitate when making your matcha.
1 or 2 teaspoons is enough, to taste.
Fact: we chose bamboo vs. metal spoon since it does not accumulate static electricity, which allows the matcha powder to slide more easily.

How to care for it
After each use, it is advisable to rinse it with clean water, avoiding the use of detergent, and then dry it with a clean, dry cloth.
