Storage and care

Store your matcha in a cool, dry place, preferably in the fridge and always tightly closed.

Before using the chasen, soak the tips in hot water. After each use, rinse it with water only and leave it to air dry.

Rinse the bamboo spoon with clean water and dry it well after each use.
