Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over €49 (Spain and Portugal) and over €75 (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Belgium).

All orders in Spain are processed and shipped within a standard 24-48h timeframe. Orders are dispatched the next business day after being placed.

For other countries, we offer express shipping of 3 to 5 business days depending on the region.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. No shipments or deliveries are made during weekends.

Shipping incidents If an order presents an incident (extended delay, lack of tracking updates or possible loss), we apply a waiting period of 10 business days from the moment the incident is opened with the carrier before proceeding with a reshipment or refund. This margin is necessary because, in some cases, packages are eventually delivered after several days without updates from the courier service. During this period, we will keep you informed of any updates.
