OUR MATCHA

ORIGIN: UJI, JAPAN
Our matcha comes from Uji, a Japanese region known for producing the highest quality matcha, thanks to techniques perfected over generations.

SHADE GROWN
The tea plants are shaded from the sun for several weeks before harvest, boosting chlorophyll, amino acids, and L-theanine. The result is a vibrant green matcha with a rich umami flavor.

FIRST HARVEST
Only the youngest leaves from the first harvest are used, picked in early May when they are at their peak in flavor and nutrients.

STONE GROUND
The leaves are slowly ground in granite mills, preserving their quality and resulting in a fine, creamy powder when prepared.
