The Refill Set is designed to keep your daily matcha ritual simple and fresh.
The set includes 100g of our Tranquilo Blend matcha and one traditional Japanese tea canister to store it properly and preserve its freshness.
The Tranquilo Blend is a first-harvest Japanese matcha made from the Yabukita cultivar, grown in the volcanic soils of Kagoshima, Japan. It has a smooth, well-balanced profile with delicate umami, natural sweetness, and a velvety mouthfeel. Produced using 100% organic methods and JAS-certified, it’s perfect for your daily matcha latte.
The included Japanese tea canister is handcrafted by Kotodo Takahashi, a family company founded in 1910. Its airtight double lid protects matcha from light, air, and humidity, helping keep it fresh for longer.

Keep your matcha in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended. Always ensure the tin is tightly sealed.

How to prepare a perfect matcha latte
1. Sift about 2g of matcha into a chawan (2g is roughly two well-filled bamboo teaspoons).
2. Add a small amount of hot water (maximum 80°C, not boiling) and stir with the bamboo whisk to create a dense, smooth, green paste.
3. Add the rest of the hot water, about 30ml, and whisk energetically in a zigzag motion for about 20 seconds.
4. Slow down the whisking speed, and do it gently over the surface to remove large bubbles and create a smooth, creamy green layer.
5. Finally, add your favorite milk to the dissolved matcha and enjoy ;)
