A complete set to prepare matcha at home.
Designed as a gift, presented in a box specially created for this set. It includes the matcha and all the accessories needed to prepare it properly.
The sifter helps prevent clumps before preparation, the chasen (bamboo whisk) allows the matcha to be mixed evenly, the whisk holder helps it dry and maintain its shape, and the chawan (bowl) is ideal for mixing and serving. The stainless steel spoon allows for a precise and comfortable measure of approximately 3 g.

Tranquilo Blend is a first-harvest Japanese ceremonial matcha made with Yabukita, grown in the volcanic soils of Kagoshima. Smooth, balanced and velvety, ideal for a daily matcha latte.

Keep your matcha in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended. Always ensure the tin is tightly sealed.

How to prepare a perfect matcha latte
1. Sift about 2g of matcha into a chawan (2g is roughly two well-filled bamboo teaspoons).
2. Add a small amount of hot water (maximum 80°C, not boiling) and stir with the bamboo whisk to create a dense, smooth, green paste.
3. Add the rest of the hot water, about 30ml, and whisk energetically in a zigzag motion for about 20 seconds.
4. Slow down the whisking speed, and do it gently over the surface to remove large bubbles and create a smooth, creamy green layer.
5. Finally, add your favorite milk to the dissolved matcha and enjoy ;)
